Terms of Use

Purrbook is a non-custodial interface (the “Interface”) for viewing and placing orders on outcome markets that settle on the Hyperliquid network. By connecting a wallet or placing an order through the Interface, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

The Interface never takes custody of your funds, private keys, or positions. Orders are signed in your own browser and submitted directly to Hyperliquid; your keys and signed orders never pass through our servers. We do not operate an order book, hold a house position, or act as a counterparty to your trades. Settlement, custody, and execution are functions of the Hyperliquid protocol, not of Purrbook.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface is lawful where you live. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not use the Interface where access to outcome markets, prediction markets, or the underlying protocol is restricted or prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including tax obligations arising from your activity.

Nothing presented in the Interface — including odds, payouts, depth-aware previews, resolution rules, or market descriptions — is investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Previews are estimates derived from the live order book at a moment in time and are not guarantees of execution price or outcome. You make your own decisions and bear their consequences.

Trading outcome markets involves substantial risk, including the total loss of the funds you commit. Prices can move against you, liquidity can be thin or absent, and a market may settle in a way you did not expect. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contracts, networks, and third-party infrastructure may contain bugs or fail. You accept these risks in full.

Catalog, odds, and volume data shown in the Interface are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We do not warrant that the Interface will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Before signing, your client independently re-derives every order against a freshly fetched order book — but you remain responsible for reviewing each order before you confirm it.

You agree not to use the Interface to break the law, to manipulate markets, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the Interface’s operation or security. You may not access the Interface through automated means intended to disrupt it or to gain an unfair advantage over other users.

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purrbook and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Interface.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and your continued use of the Interface after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
